HARNESS THE HOPE

OAS2020 and trainer Scott McNiven were proud to again sponsor the Harness the Hope fundraiser this year.  Due to CoVid restrictions, the signature Bouncy Pony race was cancelled.  To replace the sponsored event, a Best Dressed Horse Contest was put in place.

Congratulations to Annemarie Colville the winner of the
Best Dressed Horse Contest sponsored by OAS2020 in support of Harness The Hope

HORSE SHARING EXPERIENCE - WHERE TO START

Picture
The term Horse Sharing Experience (also referred to as Fractional Ownership)  is not a new concept but the awareness of the concept and those who provide it has been growing of late as those in the Standardbred industry search for a framework to maintain and grow their operations and the future of the sport.

This website was developed to showcase a Horse Sharing Experience that is 'Just A Little Different Than All The Rest' -  OAS2020 (OwnAStandardbred - 2020).  The goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision as to whether OAS2020 is the right ownership group for you.

OAS2020 may be the right one for you if any one of the following aspects appeals to you:
  • You would like to participate in a group that includes racehorses so you can enjoy the experience of racing immediately while your yearlings are being trained to qualify which occurs no earlier than June of their 2 year old year
  • You are looking for a reasonable entry point without monthly bills for the first year
  • You are looking for frequent communication about your horses via email, social media and this website where pages are dedicated to each horse including photographs and videos
  • You are looking for a TRAINER who has a proven record of finding value in yearlings and the ability to successfully maintain the horses while racing into aged careers

If you are new to harness racing, are a fan of harness racing or have participated in fractional ownership groups in the past, we welcome you to learn more about OAS2020, the TRAINER and find responses to FREQUENTLY ANSWERED QUESTIONS throughout this website.

If you have any questions that have not been specifically addressed, please EMAIL us so we can provide you with the information you need.

ONTARIO RACING - THE THRILL OF WINNING

Produced in 2017, this video showcases a split second of the heartbeat and excitement of horse racing.
If there is one thing this website developer can guarantee you, it's that it does not matter if you own 0.6% of a racehorse or 25% of a racehorse, you will find yourself saying, "that's my horse" - and it feels GOOD!
