TWIN B JAMMER HIGHLIGHTS - 2022 - In June Jammer broke his maiden in style pulling away to win in 1:53 on a sloppy track.
He started the month of July in the toughest OSS Grassroots division of the night finishing in 1:52.0 which would have been sufficient for a win in any other division except his. He had a solid second to older company, this time on a half mile track (Grand River) in 1:54.3. The next week he went out and finish in the top 3, at the same track but this time in 1:53.2 after starting the race 19 1./2 lengths off the lead. By month end he had a tough trip at Hiawatha in an OSS Grassroots having to race three wide on the second and on the final turn then interfered with in the stretch to still manage to finish 2nd. Jammer did not have much racing luck but was a solid money winner.
To start August he left from post 7 to take the lead for the mile being caught at the wire finishing 3rd in 1:50.4. The following week he won his OSS Grassroots coming from post 7 again. This time racing luck was on his side.
TWIN B JAMMER TO THE GRASSROOT FINALS - September 2021 - The final Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots race for 2 year old pacing colts was lead by Twin B Jammer who was notched at the wire to finish a strong second. This was enough to secure him a spot in the Grassroots Finals at Woodbine Mohawk. Congratulations to our partners, trainer and support staff who maintained and cared for our horses so well throughout the year that they are still in competitive form at the end of the season.
PLACE MONEY THIS WEEK - August 2021 - The week Twin B Jammer finished second in his OSS Grassroots race finishing in 1:54 for 2 year old trotting colts and geldings.
TWIN B JAMMER FROM POST ONE - July 2021 - Education continues with Jammer in his second start of his career. He went off as the favourite which is a tough call from post position 1 on the rail at Mohawk with the new slanted gate and horses on the outside that can leave. He rallied from the back of the pack coming wide across the track to finish 5th. It is all part of the education and we realize we are fortunate to have our 2 year old racing this year.
TWIN B JAMMER GRASSROOTS FINISH - July 2021 - Twin B Jammer went off at 44-1 in the first 2 year old Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots race of the season. He only had one qualifying line in before the race and the odds were fair. He thought otherwise. Leaving from what seemed like the parking lot, he found his mojo coming home in 26.4 to finish 4th. Twin B Jammer qualified on Friday, July 2, 2021 and is headed for the Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots the following week.
